Keep an eye out for T3 tents, cheer sections, and racers at these races this year!

T3 Philly: Training
Running: We typically have weekly track practices on Tuesday evenings that alternate between Penn Park and Temple, starting at 6 pm. We also have frequent member-led group runs all throughout the city as well.
Cycling: As the weather warms up, we have "Dawn Patrol" rides on weekday mornings and longer group rides on the weekends. These typically start from the Art Museum or Lloyd Hall. We host monthly "T3BIKENIGHT" events that are structured cycling workouts followed by an outdoor happy hour in Faimount Park, and we also ​host virtual rides on Zwift in the colder months.

Swimming: We occasionally have group swim workouts at the Kroc Center in Camden, and during the summer, teammates will often coordinate trips to Kelly Pool (in Fairmount Park) or open water swim courses in the Schuylkill and others in Downingtown, PA, Medford, NJ or Ocean City, NJ. Some of our teammates also swim with a local masters swim team, Philadelphia FINS.
Races: We have a major presence at key races throughout the season locally and regionally, and have just as much participation competing in these races as we do cheering for teammates on the sidelines.
Many of our athletes pair up with teammates of similar fitness levels to plan their rides or runs. We have a team "Bulletin Board" group on Facebook where we post events and all club happenings. We also have a Discord server to facilitate more member-to-member conversations across various topics, including meetups for workouts.

In addition to training, we foster comraderie through regular social outings, and seasonal events such as our Holiday Party and Season Kickoff Party
